Reading: Newsela reading project
Agenda:
- Newsela reading assignment:
- You need to read at least five articles this week.
- Start on a higher difficulty of reading and then move down.
- Screenshot your screen after reading and paste it onto the Newsela Article Tracker Google Doc in GC.
- Write a five sentence summary of the article. Make sure you include information from the beginning middle and end. Then end your summary with two additional sentences. What did you learn or what surprised you in the article?
- This is due on Friday.
- If you finish before Friday, you may borrow one of the books from my bookshelf and read it for ten minutes.
