Big Idea: How do good ideas go bad?

Learning Target: 1. Read closely to determine what the text says explicitly and to make logical inferences from it; cite specific textual evidence when writing or speaking to support conclusions drawn from the text. 2. Determine central ideas or themes of a text and analyze their development; summarize the key supporting details and ideas.3.   1. Vocabulary Jam! for Vocabulary List #3
  2. Quiz for chapter 3. Turn in your screenshot when you finish.
  3. Create five questions for tomorrow's discussion
    1. One based on what happened to your character.
    2. Two Again and Again questions. Look for patterns.
    3. Two Contrast and Contradiction questions. Look for surprises or characters acting inconsistently.
  4. Add to the Character Ups and Downs document and turn it in.
  5. Add to the Animal Farm Themes slide. Add two new quotes from the text.
